Never said it was the best, Wii U is my favourite so far but I love the interface for Xbox One. The price will not drop below $399 anytime soon and even when it does go to that price, with taxes I will still be saving cash.
It's quite out of the ordinary to pick up the console for that price. The guy was basically low on funds and needed it gon e, he was originally asking $475 but I negotiated him down to $400. Most of the Xbox One's on Kijiji (in my area) are $475 and up.

Not too sure yet, I'll have to wait until I become more accustomed with it but so far I'm leaning toward the Dualshock 4.

Voice commands are great, although sometimes "Xbox Home" doesn't work as fast as I would like it to but hopefully the update will improve that.
Unfortunately Titanfall will have to wait as I can only budget for one game in March and at this point Infamous has my money, however that could change.

Nice pick up for $400.
I havent played Dead Rising 3 as im not a fan of the franchise but I did enjoy Forza 5. However the best game in my opinion would have to go to Killer Instinct. Everybody seems to be loving this game and the only complaint from critics has been content, not gameplay. When it comes to gameplay it is one of the best easily.
Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is also pretty good if you liked limbo.

Its essentially insanity. Its based upon one of the developers difficulty levels named kyle who is worlds beyond us. LOL Just so everyone knows, the easiest setting is normal and vetern is hard. People mistaken veteran for normal based on regular fighting game standards as well. :)
