It's not doin poorly, it got very good sales. Over 3 mln already is very good. They are making money, that's important.

How many more games do you need ?

I need about 5-6 triple A titles to make me purchase one I guess. I bought a wii u at launch but I knew it was compatible with my existing wii games. I'd probably buy a PS4 in an instant when ps1/ps2 backwards compatibility is ready as I have a lot of ps2 games. Also I'd like to buy when there is some discounting of the early titles so I can build up a little collection of games at a low price.

Amazing sales for PS4! I think saleswise it will be a close gap to Xbone. But to me, given Xbone is really expensive, I think the numbers aren't that bad. It is on 3rd place, even outperforming PS3, so I think it will still be a success when all is said and done.

The gap between the PS4 and the Xbox One is getting worse. The Xbox One got beat in every market VGChartz has number for this week.

The numbers for the Xbox One in Europe show no signs of improvement either, if it's not panic time for MS (at least in Europe) than it's certainly sit down and have a good long think time.

Edit: In the first version of this post I had a line about how the Xbox One was being outsold YTD by both the PS4 and PS3. I was going by the 1/18/14 numbers with have been adjusted and no longer show the Xbox One being outsold YTD (WW) by the PS3.
