So #TheOrder1886 embargo SHOULD be on 18th feb. I've seen the game and made an interview with Ru Weerasuriya, that is all I can say for now.

Hope it looks good. I am a little disappointed to read in places that it's just a Sony version of Gears though.

Graphically so far it's been kind of meh. The textures in the environments have been nothing at all impressive, but the special effects have been amazing.

I agree with you. Seriously. The game will probably be great in itself because RAD never did a bad game (gameplay, fun, good metacritic) and that's what is the most important eventually.

But graphically the blurry screenshots released so far have been disappointing, I mean it looks OK but I am afraid some people will still find Ryse more next gen that the Order 1886 and IMO they will be right I am afraid . Too blurry, too cartoonish (like KZSF) and not enough sharp with ultra high resolution textures which is for me the best (easier to see) next gen "wow" effect.

But I still hope to be wrong about it.

This is a bit like those trailers that need to say their own game is awesome.

Dont tell us wich game is ushering in next-gen. We will be the judges of that. If you say that then your desperation is pouring through. You dont have enough confidance in your game to have IT give us that message loud and clear.
