I was commenting more on your thread title. It sounds very demanding. Of course all of us would love perfect sales tracking for every game.  What you have to consider is this. Lets assume you are correct and these games are undertracked.

 

1. Where do you suppose he predicts where those sales come from?

2. This is really old data i assume? Not easy to find.

3. Maybe many of the copies went unsold. It would not be the first time. 

Rare ltd confirmed this years ago (2006 and 2008).  It was originally on their website before they changed it in 2010.

And i highly doubt there is 700k copies of these games out in stores still.  Of course there may still be a few but not 700k. Plus Rare announced PDZ at 1m in 2006 and then in 2008 announced it was at 1.5m.  They wouldnt have shipped more if the original batch didnt sell.

But yes, i came to this site for the numbers.  The more acurate the better.  As i said im sure these arent the only two and if people want to add to the list then they can.  

I know we cant track digital yet but im hoping we can at least get the physical side of things accurate :)

but yeah, my thread title prob does sound demanding.  Not meaning for it to.  Just want ioi to see this thread.  If he doesnt fix it that is his choice but from a person who has visited this site for years i would love to see him go back and fix things when people bring it up that it is inaccurate.

That isnt demanding, but it is why "some" people dont take numbers on VGC seriosly.

I would suggest if you are really certain about it to give him a pm. or just post on his wall. He aint shy. I'm glad I had this conversaion with you as you seem a lot more sensible then your first post makes you out to be. Not a knock on you at all. Lets hope the umbers get updated if need be.

There are about six or seven 05/06 360 games that have sold well over a million copies, but have not been updated on VGchartz.

This was mentioned on some thread where PS3 allegedly has more ''million sellers''. This is not true. The list includes the liked of Tomb raider Legend and PGR3.
