Anyway, a world record runner can only shave tenths of a second off of his time. A runner with a broken leg can shave minutes off of his time. Obviously the handicapped runner made the most improvements because he was so far behind in so many areas.

The Wii had a broken leg. The Wii U just got the cast removed and now it's rehab-ing. Should be able to sprint one day but it will always be behind.....until the other consoles have heart attacks and die.

The guy clearly put that title to lure people in to watch his video.

Technically, yes. It's more powerful than the Wii than PS4 and Xbox One are compared to PS360.
