Well... thats mostly cause I don't have a ps4 or x1 and Watch Dogs is not a good reason to get one while I still have a Gaming PC atm and the wiiU has a gamepad which might have features that cannot be emulated on the PC version

Of course, there is a large emphesis on might and if not, then PC but Watch Dogs looks like a game that can use a gamepad for more than just off TV play

And that's precisely the reason why 3rd parties are avoiding the WiiU like the plague. Why would they waste time and money porting a game over if nobody bothers to buy?

By this point, I don't care about third parties anymore. There have been three solid efforts by my count: NFS: Most Wanted U, Rayman Legends, and Deus Ex: HR Director's Cut. None of those games were exclusive, and THAT IS THE PROBLEM. Timing was so late with NFS, and Deus Ex and Rayman, by shifting over to everything else on the planet, made a very weak case for a Wii U purchase.

Nobody has bothered to make a true, solid effort for Nintendo's console. Not one, and I'm supremely pissed off about it. I am angry, especially at EA for lying to everyone about working with Nintendo, then backstabbing them with piss-poor ports that nobody wanted, and using their failures to 'justify' the withholding of FIFA, Madden, Battlefield, and anything else that would at least enhance the value of having a Wii U. But, no. Nobody cares. Nobody actually tried. That's what angers me the most, really. Not ONE third party put 100% into the Wii U.

So, screw Watch Dogs and Ubisoft. I'm glad they didn't act like jerks, but even they were foolish about putting Rayman on consoles where no one buys Rayman when they would have shot up Wii U sales and their own game sales by being exclusive. I'm tired of this, guys. I'm just tired of it. There's no reason for it, than pure greed and bias. Whatever happens to Watch Dogs, happens. Whatever. I don't care anymore.

Good decision. I'm with you. guys! In any case it doesn't seem that WiiU will get any more 3rd party games until the end of its life.

Honestly I was more surprised that Rayman was ever exclusive than that it went multiplat.  And I think you put too much stock into things being exclusive.  It just isn't going to happen when the console is doing as poorly as it is.  They aren't going to get top dollar exclusive efforts.  It doesn't make any sense to do that on a platform that seems to be suffering.  Just like I don't expect Monster Hunter to show up on Vita, and I'm not going to stop buying all third party games because of it.

Yes I think its quite possible Ubisoft is negotiating with Nintendo for funding for the wii u version knowing that it will sell poorly. However the reality is, it's likely the weakest version and will only do wii u damage. The wii u is weak hardware and its only really worth getting high quality exclusive games for. Multiformat titles will likely perform better elsewhere including ps3 and 360 so there is little point to them. Yes Watchdogs could have been enhanced by the gamepad but then if the main action screen performance is weak it still may play better on ps3 and 360.

Wii u doesn't need Watchdogs.

All these media outlets are laughing at you right now cause you falling for rumors and speculation.

How about use normal logic for once and pre order the game, What will you lose by doing that? Nothing if its cancelled you get your refund.
