I'd build one for  less than $1000 and use the other $3000 on something worth while.

However, in your fictional tale, I'd toss out the HDDs and go with SSDs only. Don't need many TBs of storage, but fast-durable storage is better.
Toss out the Bluray drive and not replace with nothing. At this point I think media drives on a PC are worthless.
Toss out the audio card. MOBO audio is good enough.

I spend half that and then use the rest for games, games, games. Still. it would be an impressive build. And you even got a $5.00 discount!

4000 Pesos? I can't even buy a Wii U with that shit.

Nice computer but mine is still more than good enough and it only cost £550. I think i would use the 4 grand on a nice long holiday or a car thanks

Xbox One, PS4 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

Prediction: Switch will sell better than Wii U Lifetime Sales by Jan 1st 2018

I barely understand anything about PC's but I would get a machine that runs a 120 fps a 4K monitor and a CPU that runs at 3 billion teraflops.

I'd buy a Mac Pro. And then not play games on it.

600 in main memory??? too much...
256 ssd??? not enough...

3 GPUs? not worth unless you have 3 or more screens...

Proudest Platinums - BF: Bad Company, Killzone 2 , Battlefield 3 and GTA4

Cut down the Radeon to the Radeon 290 with aftermarket cooling, not reference.
Swap the motherboard for a Socket 2011 board+Core i7 4930K.

Ditch the two red drives and get a single Western Digital Black 4tb.

I would also personally drop the Blu-ray burner, who uses last centuries optical discs these days? :P
I would also drop the sound card and go with much cheaper DDR3 1600mhz or 1866mhz memory.

That should save you enough cash to get a fourth Radeon 290.

And upgrade that case to something with more room.

And you basically end up my primary PC.
