Without the next gen release their numbers would be maybe better (not revenue). Will be interesting to see Ubisoft numbers.

Probably bad. Rayman legends bombed and watch dogs was delayed.

That's why I'm interested to see it. No revenue from Watch Dogs (or South Park) and huge costs for next gen development.

And it would be the first bad thing happening to Ubisoft since assassin's creed, wich is a good thing. I really want to see how they will handle this.

just get the next iteration of Mass Effect & Dragon age out the door EA..then you can go away...

P.S. if you make another dead space...I will love you long time

Actually depends on the accounting standard there is a profit see GAAP

The "non-GAAP" figures in an earnings report are always "see what it looks like if we ignore a bunch of inconvenient rules while accepting favourable ones". And what that is changes in every report. You absolutely need to read the small print to see if it's realistic.

Look how much EA left out:

Blacklist also failed to hit their (admittedly insane) targets.

What, Dead Space with Co-op didn't sell, i am shocked

Good!

What?! I can't hear you over all this awsome! - Pyrrhon (Kid Icarus:Uprising)

Final Ultimate Legendary Earth Power Super Max Justice Future Miracle Dream Beautiful Galaxy Big Bang Little Bang Sunrise Starlight Infinite Fabulous Totally Final Wonderful Arrow...FIRE! - Wonder-Red (The Wonderful101)

Yet there cash went up by $450 million and there overall assets by $500 million (inventory is only $13 million up).

They deferred to next quarter $1.7 billion in revenue (to make there 4th quarter look better as the 1st quarter of a year is always terrible).

Great News

I feel sorry for people on EA. They love money so much... losing 308 million dollars will make a lot of people sad there.

What? You mean that releasing  broken games won't make EA a profit? I had no idea!
