No, they aren't closing or something like that. They just moved to a 4 to 5 times bigger building. That's great news. I expect them to at least double their size in the next 2 years. That actually means they will be able to work on GOW and other game at the same time (or even more than 2 other games since GOW: Ascension was made by a separate team).

Oh, come on, sales2099, it's good news. Bigger place, more confortable. The only downside is that probably the devs will have to move to a new city.

If you put it that way, its bad since they probably have to leave their families behind, their spouses families included. I thought they were expanding was evened out by their personal displacement. Geez you guys are so selfish :P

this is great news. this will hopefully let them expand into even more teams. we know they are 2 teams now with stigs team and cory barlogs team. this will hopefully let them grow even further. and having their own motion capture studio will also allow them to do things even more efficiently.

While it's only a few miles across town, It will probably mostly be super annoying to the ones that moved to Santa Monica so they could walk to work. Plus, there was a tax incentive from the city to move there; I do not know if that still applies.

That's were or near where DreamWorks was going to build it's studios, but got lost in red tape.

But I thought the head developer or one of them, left the GOW project a while ago.

They are moving like 6 miles across town...
