Hey, how about before you open your mouth and butt in you get a grasp what we are talking about here. That ioi thing is unrelated to my ban. I didnt get banned for calling ioi out (and pointing out the huge discrepencies afterward). There was no opinion in the thread i got banned in just one person so deeply n denial he demanded pictures just to ignore them

Who said i didnt know what i was talking about?  What i know is calling someone ignorant is against the rules and would be considered flaiming, regardless of what the conversation was.  You can tell someone that theyre wrong or that you have a different opinion rather than adding in the added context.  In fact your last message proves what im saying at this very moment.  Now was that really needed?  

Truth is there is a lot of things wrong on this site and youre not perfect either.  Though just like everybody else im sure you would appreciate them not calling you ignorant or getting mad and telling you to shut your mouth and butt.

Now whether i agree with dark feanor is a different story.  But ive not agreed with your behavior on this site at all.

As for the ioi thread, i was using it as an example of your disrespectful attitude.

And depends on the mod.  One mod may think it is ok while another may think it is flaiming.  It depends on each mod's individual belief.

Except, Kantor is the co head mod and the mods should be in unison with each other. Your statement just supports my issue. Which is, the modding is incpnsistant. How are you suppose to know what is fine to say or not when if it comes down to the individual? (im getting a flash back of euthyphro). Moving what is fine or not is inconsistant. Its an issue

I agree with that.  The rules are made to where there is a lot of judgement calls to be made.  Unfortunately i "believe" that they dont make judgement calls on a lot of what is going on.  Rol's recent thread about moderating is pretty much what i think about the current system.  Stealth trolling (If made by one user in nmumerous threads) i still believe should be a warning at first.  That is just me though, i dont expect everybody to agree with that.

Not according to Kresnik.  Id need to go through my messages but the mod that reads the report can make a decision by themselves.  Some cases they talk between eachother but not in all cases.

Another example (also by kresnik) was that he wouldnt have banned a certain member if he read it but the other mod did ban him.  Ill look them up in PM if you want me to

I dont agree with this really. I think rudeness should be unmod worthy. People are rude in everyday life. Get over it (see thats a rude comment. It should not be mod worthy. Just like saying #dealwithit is rude but not mod worthy). Your last paragraph I disagree with a whole lot. You shouldnt be excused from moderation because you worded or insult in a particular way. Thats what started my convo with Kantor. 

Valid = if the premises are true then the conclusion must be true. If we want to be using logic (like asked) then no, bringing up irrelevant subjects is in no way valid. It is an impossibility
