Did that ever actually release?  Seems like ages ago they announced it and they've just been announcing tonnes of Vita stuff since.

Also, NISA aren't the ones to ask for 360 games.

All I know is that they run out of time and posponed it to 2014.

Would be strange to release a Japan-exclusive Xbox 360 game in 2014.  Given that they released Labyrinth Cross Blood Infinity & announced Tokyo New World Record in the time since we've heard about Stranger in Alda, I wouldn't hold your breath.

... buy a Vita if you like their games, though!
