They've pretty much hit all the right spots with this interview and i'm impressed but the g-spot was definitely them using the Arkham combat system. Those games perfected the multiple enemy combat system and made it fast pace and rewarding yet not too easy. I'm fucking thrilled.

Other things worth mentioning is the 50 hour main campaign which is just crazy and the world being 30 times larger than the previous game which is even more mindblowing.

CAN. NOT.WAIT.

Thoughts?

There were a lot of erratic difficulty spikes in The Witcher 2. Will The Witcher 3 have an easier learning curve?

(Snickers) We call this the Eastern European immersion curve, where we throw players straight into the deep end. On a more serious note, while I was going through some of the reviews, I read that certain Western journalists died multiple times in the prologue itself, and that wasn’t a good thing.

Lol that happened to me.

The Witcher 2 was tough but fair. Not every game needs to be Skyrim where you can kill a dragon in the first hour of the game.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

I hope Witcher 3 is a challenge with a great learning curve where you can feel the progression through the WHOLE Game.
User above me said it correctly - In for example Skyrim you were a god a few hours after the game started. If you didn't change the difficulty to Master or what ever it was you couldn't really feel any challenge anymore.

Did Witcher 2 have Mod Support on PC?
I played it back then when it got released but didn't see anything like that.
Would love something like that for Witcher 3

Can't wait. 50 hour campaign will be fantastic

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

The NX will be a 900p machine

Agreed. Elder Scrolls games are usually way too easy, especially on the second playthrough when you know the mechanics even better. I still haven't managed to find a way through an Elder Scrolls game without becoming ridiculously overpowered.

OT: The Witcher 3 is my most anticipated title along with Half-Life 3, the first two games were amazing. The Witcher 2 is one of the best RPG's I ever played. I agree that it was difficult but what reviewers classify as "difficult" or "uneven" is simply a game requiring some actual thought without the aid of QTE's, overpowered gear and ridiculous one-shot kill abilities left and right. As RPG's should be.

I'm gonna be impressed when they manage to teach Geralt how to handle a bow.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

50 hour storyline? Dude....120 hours of the Witcher with sidequests? I am sold. This is so worth $60. This game sounds like a western RPG fans dream come true.

So much hype. I looked at the VGX trailer on there. It was like a movie trailer.

This game is going to be amazing!
