Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Who here has been hurt by Nintendo?

Never.

Wii's motion controls killed it for me. People may disagree, but I thought Metroid Prime 3 was a travesty with motion controls, and I loved Prime 1/2.

Gamecube was great IMO but alas, Nintendo doesn't know how to market a "traditional" games console.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

I REALLY dislike the 3DS hardware. I hate the 3D effect and the thing is so cheaply built. The hinges feel like they're ready to tear off at any second. I guess they're trying to keep costs down, but I would rather pay an extra $50 to get a nice piece of hardware.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

i hate the fact that i can't put my gamecube controllers in the wii u

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

I wouldnt say hurt, just not onboard right away with anything they release. I know all I will buy for that system is the nintendo games, nintendo puts out for the most part, while on xbo or ps4 I will have multiplats and trophies/achievements to go along with it.

never? How about when they decided that releasing a bunch of third party games that were like a year old as launch Wii U games was a good idea? How about when the Wii U sales forecast was missed again?

Having old third party games for the Nintendo fans that missed out and want to play them is a good idea, but it was pretty stupid for them to expect that to tide people over for their first party games. As for the Wii U missing the sales forecast, it doesn't hurt me.

I remember one thing now though. They need to return to the old Paper Mario formula. I'll be so mad if the next Paper Mario is like Super Paper Mario (Which was still good) or Sticker Star (A little below average for any game)

They hurt my pride... That fateful day. I was playing New Super Mario Bros Wii and some friend came over to my house. They found me playing that game... They laughed hard at me. I lost a lot of reputation that day in my social circle.

Later I bought a PS3 and a PSP. Lucky for me I was accepted into their group again!

When I saw all the cool looking software that the PS1 was getting, I think. I was partial to Nintendo before that. We didn't know anything about third-party conspiracies and the Illuminati back then, it was just "Nintendo doesn't have that." I went from hoping Nintendo would crush the upstart Playstation to jumping sides myself.

Can't think of anything. Although, funny thing well for me at least lol, a friend of mine broke his TV while playing with the Wii. He threw the controller at the screen!

He never seems to forget it. *Hmm maybe that's why he hasn't gotten the WiiU, i always thought it was weird he hadn't*
