People were bitching about 6 vs 6 but you watch the alpha videos and it looks even more action packed than CoD or BF

Have you played BF4??

It does look more action packed than COD but from the alpha videos I've seen and the almost 100 hours of BF4 I've played there is no comparison.

BF4 blows it away.

100% agree

Agree as well. Two days ago I played a Conquest match in BF4 that was very intense. Watching several vehicles from both sides rolling over the bridges to take Objective C and lighting each other up. Helicopters overhead dancing around each other and stray rockets from them striking the ground. Firefights breaking out everywhere between troops while a patrol boat, not far away in the water, was laying down fire on them. Shortly after the insanity began the skyscraper at that objective came crashing down which just added to everything happening all at once. Also, if you want to see some intense fighting that can happen go play Planetside 2. I have never seen so many shots fired in a short time. So many damn tanks and aircraft. Once you've moved across terrain in a huge tank formation like a wall of death towards an enemy stronghold it's hard to take anyone seriously when they say they played an intense game elsewhere.

That's not even playing a game anymore. That's just seeing which group gets blown up the least in a tight corridor. I imagine people who play that map and that mode are doing so while dripping hot wax on themselves.

lmaooo

Of course I played BF4, and all other Battlefield games. I give all shooters a shot. When I buy a PS4 I will probably even give Killzone a fair shot.

BF can be even more crazy than the TF videos I have seen... or it can be a bore as you run and run and run to objectives or where the action is.

Point was, all the fuss about 6v6 and turns out it doesn't even matter.

I'll go ahead and tell you right now, even as a PlayStation fan, that it probably won't be worth your time to try Killzone: Shadow Fall. I was very disappointed with the overall package and I count myself as a fan of the series. Maybe later when the co-op horde mode and other multiplayer additions get added in but then you'd have to spend extra cash on the game.

The whole 6v6 thing has two groups of people speaking negatively about it. The people who are just looking for reasons to not like the game, who are no doubt numerous and should feel ashamed, and people like my friends who truly wanted bigger than 6-man teams. It just feels like arena combat and not an actual battlefield. From what they've seen it's just not what they were hoping.

Yeah I used to be a huge KZ fan (bought a PS3 the day KZ2 came out, much like I will an Xbone the day TF comes out, this one looks to have a much better result though) and even though I thought the game was unbalanced as hell I dug the maps and weighty feel to the movement so I went ahead and day one'd KZ3 as well.

Was extremely disappointed in that game, mostly because it seemed buggy and rushed to launch. I could rarely get into games that weren't like 8 on 4 the entire time. I was honestly surprised to KZ:SF review so poorly as all impressions seemed to indicate it was a good blend of KZ2/3 MP. I guess the SP is just that bland, idk.

I agree about the 2 core groups. Nothing wrong with enjoying or preferring bigger battlefields with lots of players. I have friends who refuse to play shooters on any console just because they prefer huge online player counts on PC.

I prefer both, hell I think most of my 10 days on Battlefield 4 is spent in Team Deathmatch. But still go to Conquest when friends are on. I think Titanfall will be perfect for my low count needs while I can play BF4 when I need something on a bigger scale.

It definitely looks awesome, but I'm pretty sure that I would get tired of it really quick. I've noticed that I much prefer smaller scale shooters like Halo and Gears of War. These games are more personal and you actually care who you're shooting at.
