Before I start, I want to mention that this isn't to anyone on this site. I'm talking about people outside of this site.

Nintendo

Something is wrong with Nintendo fanboys. They're grown men (Kids too) defending the Wii U by repeating the same things like "Look at 3DS! Wii U will have a huge turn around!" It's annoying. I wish they would except that Wii U is most likely going to be another N64/GameCube. Instead, they said "Wait until E3!" and then "Wait until Pikmin 3!" then "Wait until TW101!" then "Wait until Wind Waker HD!" then "Wait until 3D World/Holiday 2013!" and currently "This years line-up will make the Wii U sell like hotcakes!".

Even if Wii U does double of what 2013 did, (6.2 million sales for 2014) the total sales would only be at 11.5 million. I should also mention that the Wii U would be 2 years old then, and only have that install base. The PS4 (And maybe Xbox One) are very likely to reach 11.5 million in their first year. It's doing so bad, it hasn't even sold 3 million this fiscal year yet...

Either way, I still think Wii U is awesome.

One more thing, they let Nintendo get away with anything. Little online support, they say It's okay for Nintendo to not resurrect dead series that sold well, (Starfox and F-Zero mostly) etc.

Microsoft

I don't understand why some of these guys think Xbox One will do so great this year. It's $500, has less exclusives, and has the same multiplats as PS4, which is more popular, $400, has more exclusives, more indie support, and the same multiplats. The only way I could see the Xbox One selling great is if it gets a price cut to $400, and has about as much great exclusives as the Wii U will this year (In the same ballpark, like one or two less)

Also... WHY THE F**K DID YOU SUPPORT THAT BULLSH*T ON THE XBOX ONE BEFORE THEY CHANGED IT?!?!?!?!?!?

I am a big fan but I'm not delusional to the point where I can't acknowledge Nintendo's problems.

I used to be a big Nintendo fan boy 3yrs ago, now Ive opened up to being a Nintendo/Sony person. What you say about the Nintendo fan boys (not all, but some Ive seen on other websites are like this and worse o.o) is fairly accurate

Declaring the winner a bit too soon aren't you? It hasn't even been a year yet and ms still has a shit ton of money to try and turn it around... As for the wiiu, Mehh oh well, Sony can have success with at the console front since they can't do fuck all in the handheld front

2. I've put over 60 hours in 3D World. More than 40 of them are from about 1 week. I've played Paper Mario: TTYD for about 15 hours straight once, and Paper Mario 64 for 8 hours straight.

I'm pretty sure fanboys would be less annoying if other fanboys wouldn't constantly try to downplay their console of choice by rubbing "facts" in their face and try hard to pass their opinion as "facts".

I don't think either of these are really all that common anymore.

After seeing the PS4/One launch, the only Nintendo fans I've seen on any section of the internet who still expect Wii U to dominate are in the unity thread. And even then there are very few people left other than JL. It seems like this was mainly prevalent pre-E3, not so much at this point. I do wish there were less people making excuses for some of Nintendo's poor decisions though.

As for the Xbox fans, I'm pretty sure the Xbone has more big exclusives coming this year than the PS4, plus more marketing and the new Kinect which has been fairly well received. Expecting it to do well this year isn't all that crazy, is it? I mean even the prediction in your sig would be a pretty great first year.

Much like Sony fans with the Vita, the few remaining Xbox/Nintendo fans who expect domination will lose faith soon enough.

You shouldn't fret about people like that! Let them be, they will come around their senses sooner or later.

Then that's good man, 60 hours in 3D World is a lot. I put like 50 and I sitll have things left to do. Not to mention all the replays I'm going to give this game!
