They moved Windows Phone into the Windows segment to hide its losses, nice.

I'm surprised the Xbox division made a profit.

Well it was massively overtracked in the UK and has been adjusted down there. I honestly don't know where the discrepancy lies. I find it hard to believe that 360 is selling that much outside of the US and Europe

Overtracked in the US 1.4m, plus this 2.9m, it's a fact it's being undertracked in Europe and or latin america. There is no way anyone can argue there are 4.3m consoles floating about.

Yes, and they are all sitting at the local MediaMarkt

Damn they clogged up the whole gaming area here with five palettes of X360s early December, ready for Xmas storm. The storm came and went, and the five palettes are STILL clogging up the gaming area.....

Lumia sales are declining it seems. The 360 could be 4 to 500K undertracked. Xbone seems about right.

It's pretty normal (XB1 has dne amazing for a $500 console with stiff competition) it's just PS4 is doing a lot lot better. That doesn't mean it isn't good for XB1 tho.

Three main cash cows used to be Server & Tools (SQL, Azure, .NET framework), Office and Windows.
Now the whole organisation has been changed so these products are in different divisions now, but they are still the most profitable ones.

And Android licensing. Pure profit ;)
