it's seriously ridiculous how so many people on this site are hating on the wii u like come on this is a console ///a machine// we're talking about
There are plenty of legitimate criticisms to levy at the Wii U. Since this is a sales site, the poor sales of the console will also receive an inordinate amount of attention. If you want to interpret this as "hate", the problem likely lies with you.
It's more surprising how many apologists the system has. Considering it's selling as bad as it is. Or are those people just talking the talk and NOT walking the walk?

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

Not everyone is being realists. Some just plain hate the system and can never give a plausible or believable reason.
Pointing out sales is not hating, or even the dire situation the system is in. But people calling the system crap, is not being realist.

No reason to apologize when Wii U has better games. Majority of the people hating never even used one. I own one but i hate on it for the obvious problems with it. Retards on this site that dont own one usually just repeat the same clueless phrases like "its as powerful or less powerful than PS3 and 360" or "Nintendo should not have included the gamepad and put more RAM for fanboy hype"

people tend to hate those who innovate and drive the industry forward besides, HOW DARE an SD system wipe the floor with two super powers like last gen?
plus we like colors too but we are to afraid to admit it so we can't buy Nintendo consoles cus then we look kiddy in front of our friends so we want Nintendo to go third party so we can get their games on more "mature" platforms. that way we can buy colorful games but hide them when our "mature" fwends com over to play colors with 99 shades of brown

See i've seen this statement a few times (currently from wii-u owners on the EG site)... if it has better games then why isnt everyone rushing to buy one. Oh i know because opinion doesnt equal fact. They may review well, and nintendo fans might love them (and thats fair enough), doesnt mean that the general public feel the same way, and in my opinion that is reflected by the sales.
