1 hour of the 18 hour game is cut scenes, third person shootring stealth, brutal melee, crafting..doesn't get any gamier. So a game having a good story makes it a movie?? it's as gamey as it gets,. please stop with this nonsense, makes you look petty and silly, and makes zero sense.

There were no xbox exclusives the last few years to get nominated for anything, even the most dedicated xbox fan has to see that.

I completely agree with this, when I was reading the list I was thinking of games I've gotten for the past year on the 360 and aye, amazing multi platform games but nada from MSstudios that jumps out at me.

Only 2 I can really think of is Gears judgement and Forza horizon... and forza came out at the end of 2012 it seems, and it can't be game of the year because it's the only game you can think of haha. Not saying that the story of Baird isn't cool but goty next to gta5/bioshock and tlou? no it wasn't that.

Puppeteer should have been nominated over Tomb Raider or Gone Home but other than that great list and of course can't disagree with that choice (though I would have picked Puppeteer)
