How do you honestly expect that to be true, unless you're implying that the Wii U's "generation" will be over by 2015? It won't be.
Retro already hired a bunch of new folks in 2012, and some more in 2013. It's not surprising at all, they are builing up their staff to be able to make multiple games at once. In fact, I've had a hunch for some time that they've already BEEN working on more than one game at a time, DK being only one of them. A lot of this new staff are probably working on that not yet announced other title, and considering they're increasing staff in general, I would fully expect whatever their next game is to be out by at least late 2015. I honestly think the only reason they delayed DK was to give Mario more limelight, or somesuch.
