Syphon Filter and Tony Hawk Pro Skater.

After the shambles that was THPS:HD I think that franchise is pretty much dead, lol even poor Tony hawk had retired from Skating by the time THPS2 had come out. If you are lucky you can get THPS3+4 for the original Xbox tho, both of those are the pinacle of the series in my opinion and both are supported 100% by the Xbox360s backwards compatibility list.

I'd love to see the Psone ERA final fantasy series come back this gen, even just a remake of 7 with a few extras added in here and there for the fans, say as the train is coming into the first station the entire lightning trilogy of characters goes under it...

A streets of rage game, I know Sega brought back Altered Beast and Golden Axe in the last generations but I'd love to see a fully HD streets of rage game, smashing peoples faces in with a metal pipe... that's what gaming was all about for me before, I know there is a lot of games like it on XBLA like scott pilgrim and Charlie murder but I mean something without all the fancy lvling up and equipment stuff, just beating the shit outta streets full of scum and doing it with whatever comes to hand.

A "Secret of" game from Squaresoft in the same vein as the Secret of Mana and Secret of Evermore on the Super Nintendo, those were amazing RPGs for how little there was to work with inside the heart of the SNES they still outshine a lot of the new rpgs in many elements.

A star wars Rogue squadron/Leader game, not seen one since the end of the GC's life and those games could really be a tech demo to the power of the Next generation systems.

Timesplitters..... because nothing beats shooting a fish out of a bowl that is controlling a robot trying to kill you with a minigun.

there are so many old franchises that could do with coming back tbh, but you know loads of them are tied up in all kinds of stupid old licences and issues that will keep them forever nothing more than something to imagine and mourn that it'll never exist.

you know there was a star fox 64 3d on the 3ds too mate? It's mostly just a port of Star Fox 64/ Lylat wars but it has all it's graphics really nicely reworked and they've added in a mode where you can fly with the gyro as well as having all the extra stuff in it like Expert mode and James Mc Clouds Glasses. It was a launch window game from the 3ds too so if you got the system you can find copies of it new for about 8-10 euros in a few stores, definately worth it the way you speak so highly of SF64 :)

Especially dragon quest, VIII was particularily good.

S H E N M U E...!!!!!!!

First one of those was awesome, I was kinda embarressed by it a few years after I finished it tho, playing MGS and in the battle with Psycho Mantis was the first time I heard the name of the game pronounced since he does that thing where he reads your memory cards for older Konami games and he tries to freak you out with by "reading your mind" of what you like to play. I had always said the name as Suck - Odin when enquiring about it or talking about it with mates lol.

Some lucky hit HD would be great, all the following activities would be great in HD........ a bit of arm wrestling, perhaps some darts, maybe play some slot machines, how about some duck racing? or even make another honest days living driving a forklift? and play the original Outrun again in the arcades
