The game was great. Undoubtedly a contender for game of this generation.
Great game but not even my Game of the year....Even if the combat/AI were improved It still wouldn't crack my top 3 of the gen.
I don't agree. I think the game is good but it isn't the best game of this generation or any other.
I would say it's a remarkable experience but as a game it's just...good! But not stellar...

In the end, it was good survival gameplay, a story that really excelled at two points but was fairly predictable and kind of uninteresting inbetween, good character design and development for Joel and Ellie, so overall, a good game. I certainly enjoyed Last of Us...I just feel that it's incredibly overrated considering how many people are declaring it game of the year, or even game of the generation. |

No way in hell, Highly over-rated. Decent story, worth a rental but wouldn't buy. Going by it's sales.. is what most people did.
No, not the game of the gen, for me anyway. I really enjoyed it. Easily in the top 10.
For me, this was the gen of mass effect
