It was FAST Racing Neo they were talking up visually, they haven't really talked about this new mystery game at all, except when they said they'll use 4k-8k textures in their Wii U games from now on.

When I said, talking it up, I meant generally in terms of what can be done with the WiiU, but you are right that was mostly in context of Fast Racing Neo.

 

Nonetheless I'm expecting big things from them from now on, they've earned it.

Considering they did this on 3DS at 60fps:

I'd say they've proven their mettle as technical wizards. I'm very keen to see what their new engine can do on Wii U.

Obviously, being a team of 5 people it's not going to be as complex as something like Uncharted 3 or God of War Ascension, but it should be very shiny and polished, run like silk, and have a ton of fancy effects.

I don't know why curl-6 was even implying that Shin'en made the mistake while in fact it was the thread creator. Martin Sauter from Shin'en wrote "Plus there is another WiiU game I'm currently working on. It should get revealed in the next weeks, but that's all I'm allowed to write at the moment".
