Forums - NSFW Discussion - Why is it that heterosexual males have such an interest in penises?

Well that's a what if. But what this ultimately seems to be is a man turned on by men.

It depends on the nature of the fetish, like I said. You assume he's a man turned on by men, and that the reason is that he's attracted to men. Not only is it possible for a guy to be turned on by men without being attracted to men, but there's no particular reason why he needs to be turned on by men to be turned on by "chicks with dicks". Personally, I've never understood that particular fetish, but there's no particular reason why those turned on by "chicks with dicks" have to necessarily be gay (or bi).

Getting turned on by men and being attracted to them goes hand in hand.

Anyhow, I don't really feel the need to continue this discussion. We clearly have different views on this subject.

Wouldn't that make the discussion interesting?

OT: Not entirely sure why him being African American is important or why you were looking at someone else's phone but linking the described pictures to a person being gay shows an apparent simplistic view on sexual preferences. There are many grey areas.

No, it doesn't - there's certainly correlation, but they're not the same thing.

Let me demonstrate - think of straight porn. Usually has a man and a woman. Guys that watch such porn usually like the man having a particularly large penis... why? They're turned on by it, but they aren't remotely attracted to the guy. Instead, they're turned on by the idea of being that guy, picturing themselves having that big penis and doing those particular acts. And so, the guy being there, with his penis, is essential to their being turned on, but there's no attraction to the guy.

It generalises - there are people who are turned on by the idea of it happening to them, people who are turned on by the idea of being with someone like that, and people who are purely turned on in a voyeuristic way. It is inadequate to categorise them all the same way without looking at the nature of the fetish.

why this constant need to define people and their sexualities? why can't your co-worker just be a person who happens to be turned on by shemales (probably among a lot of other things)?

also, why hide being gay in this day and age? because a lot of "straight" guys are probably uncomfortable with labelling themselves as gay when the connotations drawn from the word scare them, or don't even apply to them.
such as your co-worker; it's possible he just likes looking at penises, while not being into anal sex. people are still prejudiced against any group of people, so why burden himself with the risk of harassment/unwanted prejudice when he can call himself straight with a "funny/edgy/whatever" fetish?

edit: also, it is all a gray-scale of different things to get turned on by. which you can't control yourself, which in turn contributes to the hiding. people might not WANT to be turned on by whatever they are.
