Yeah mate, not been able to get on all day either but seems to be working now, i got on Christmas morning once and was able to download Pokemon Rumble U, but then was down rest of christmas day, hopefully should be sorted by tomorrow.

Hope it goes back up soon. It was down for me sometime on Christmas Eve and never came back. I know Netflix and eShop were down yesterday and today. Miiverse was back up. Nintendo needs to solve this otherwise a lot of new Wii U owners are going to have a bad taste in their mouths--and they need as much positive word of mouth as possible.

Eshop is still down for me. Although instead of an error I get a message saying that they are currently on maintenance ..that's good I guess.

no word on when this will be fixed? and yes it's probably because of the flood of new people, I was playing the wind waker and there was a lot of people taking pictures in black and white and asking how to get the sail

It's finally working guys! Took long enough.

I've finally been able to connect to the 3DS eShop. (I live in Japan.) Purchased and now downloading ALBW. Got kicked out a couple of times during the purchasing process, hopefully will be complete the download smoothly.
