Gotta get people onto GT6 and dem microtransactions.

Not surprised about the first 2 Resistances, the third is still kind of newish though, and GT5 is just a crappy game to pull the plug on.

Champions of Norrath and Champions Return to Arms are still playable after all this time. PS2 games.

Well i hope you kids didn't get a ps3 bundle with gt5 or that GT5 academy edition which was on sale the last few weeks for christmas

I'm pretty sure Atlus does. They actually took down the servers a couple of years ago, but brought them back due to large fan support. 

That´s why I prefer PC versions of every multiplattform game. This stuff is just anti-consumer. Now they have the excuse of beeing free but PSN+ members are as affected as everyone else.

Inevitable but I still don't like it. A part of gaming history is lost forevermore when the servers are closed down. GT5 isn't really that old, though. It's a huuuuuge seller, too. They should keep that one up and running.

Ah well was expected, apart from GT5. Resistance was my first ever online fps, had months and months of fun in multiplayer along with my nephew. Damn it was awesome and very busy and vibrant back at the start and a good while it stayed busy.

Why is this expected? Because it's Sony?
