Why Spain has so many updates in PS4 sales?

I´ve heard more from there than Germany or France.

And where the Xbox numbers for the ratio came from?

The ratio in on the PR email but Sony didn't publish anything in their site about Xbone... so you will need to see the press news that received the PR email.

Sony Brasil is a joke... I know guys that work there and even them didn't know anything... sometimes they were got of surprise with some news about them that they didn't even know about (so they check Sony America to know if it is true... and it is).
