The best January ever for the 360 gave it 388 thousand in the US. You expect the XBONE to do that just its first January? 360's first January was 229k. PS3's first was 200k. Even the Wii's first January in the US was 333k.  I'd bet a billion funbucks that the XBONE < 350k USA for January.


360s first Jan was 229k and the Xbox One is selling like 10 times faster isn't it? Xbox One is outpacing the Wii as well (not for long but it should for Jan) 350k sounds about right to me for USA January

XBONE's November was about three times that of the 360. It's really all about supply right now though. January is the test of demand.

Occasionally. But Im pretty confident in those figures. In the UK in Plymouth New Gearoge Street GAME, my mates the Big cheese there. Xbox One is preordered upto January 24th in that store. I have no idea if that is like it everywhere, but theres far more demad here in UK than there ever was for 360.

I think its a fairly reasonable assumption based upon the stats you provided, but i think Xbone may do better than 200k in january in the US

I'm basing it off of simple supply and demand. Both will kill the wiiU's first January based on demand. Stop trying to justify your purchase.

It's just a prediction. Plus I think I did a pretty good job explaining the supply and demand of the situation in the OP, so can you elaborate on what you mean?
