I actually tried to quit it permanently once when I was 19.

I was going through a spot of depression thinking I would never get a girlfriend, (My dad has just died as well, to lower my spirits further) so I decided it was best if I just eliminated sexual urges from my life and just become celibate.

Lasted 41 days before I read an article about regular masturbation lowering one's chances of prostate cancer. Needless to say, I immediately resumed anti-cancer operations.

I went for a year - no sex or masturbation. When one is busy these things are of little concern. If I get some bimbo who doesn't know how to ride ... I usually beat off after if she doesn't do the job. I'm not leaving that stuff in there. xD

Actually, it appears that masturbation increases risk for prostate cancer for men in your age range. So there, now you have to stop masturbating.

...although you could probably find plenty of modern studies making opposing assertions. Since current studies are so inconclusive, the best course of action is to take the neutral stance - stop masturbating.

haha, sorry! You shouldn't feel bad for doing it. I feel bad cause its not allowed in my religion and I'm a bit religious. Plus I'm a bit of a clean freak. I feel like my hands are flithy after mastrubating, so I wash them with anti bacterial hand wash for 10 minutes to try and wash away some of the guilt :D .
