Rayman Legends is simply beautiful!
And I´ve seen nothing on PS4/XBone that comes close to X.
The art-style is mind-blowing!

Will nextgen consoles ever make this look dated, this game still looks amazing techically, and artistcally.

this is a generation ahead of it graphically.
WWHD is the best looking game I've played, but several others that I haven't played look like they might be better including Mario and Killzone.

No... just no.... art style prefrence is one thing but truth is it can be replicated and improved with better hardware (see 3d dot game heros replicating 8bit era gaming). I feel as this thread is just trying to justify the inferior hardwarr of the wii by nintendo fans. But really... that shouldnt even matter. There is no getting around the fact KZ is a better graphical showcase than anything on Wii U.
From E3 i got a few games that really impressed me: Mario Kart 8, Mirror`s Edge 2 and another one (probably X). Today i have got to add Mario 3D World to that list. The game is just beautiful.

That's why he said "visually impressive" instead of "technically imressive". Learn to read man.

If "visually impressive" means "beautiful", than X and Rayman
are more visually impressive than Killzone, Forza or Battlefield.
If "visually impressive" means "hardware hungry", than Killzone
and Forza are visually impressive.

of course he's not disputing that, you would have to be insane. i think the reason people are so impressed with mario and sonic is cause cartoony colorful platformers are a dying breed, nobody else makes them except for nintendo and sega but the most beautiful by far is rayman.
