Wind Waker.
The character models in Shadowfall annoy me and I cant stand the lack of filtering
go on neogaf's screenshot thread.. killzone is the best looking game on consoles to date
Killzone lacks cohesion.
Hence the problems.
It employs great use of scale and technology with some decent lighting. That's all I can say about killzone

But they cared when Gamecube was more powerful than ps2 D:! |
But did it helped Nintendo to have a more powerful console? No! In the end the PlayStation 2 sold more consoles because the PlayStation 2 had more games than the Gamecube!!!
Played Sonic the other day at my friends house and sure it looks cute and nice but it is in no way the most impressing game visually in next-gen. I would probably say that for me AC4, BF4 and Contrast is my choice.
Contrast - incredible atmosphere with an impressive(visually) and jazzy town - takes that cake easily.
BF4 - Has some incredible lightning and sooooo freaking good water that I struggle to know if it is real life.
AC4 - has probably the 2nd most impressive water effects too and to be able to travel around a MASSIVE world without any loading screen what so ever is probably one of the most impressive things of my 15h playtime with it
I got Killzone to and sure it looks nice but I ejected the disc after 60mins of gameplay because that games is seriously the most awful game I have played since I started playing games, I have never sold a game that I bought but my Killzone copy is already on the Swedish craigslist equivelant.
As a sidenote I got Gravity Rush, Rayman Legends, Flower and flOw on PSVITA and all those looks pretty impressive visually.
I like the way wind waker looks even if it is only a HD port of a gamecube game.
I like Okami on PS2 also.
I haven't even touched a PS4/Xbox One controller. Every time I get home from a mall or Gamestop, I think: "Fuck! I forgot to do itm again!". Anyway, for me the most impressive game I own is Super Mario 3D World. I look at it and I can see it's not running hundred of millions of objects on screen and yet the choice of colors, the smoothness of everything, and the way the graphics just pop consistently made me say wow.
