After seeing this weeks charts we quickly see that every next-gen console is beating out its predecessor except PS4. Do you think this is due to demand shortages or is the PS3 such an amazing product, that people are still looking to buy for the Holidays. This is looking like the PS2 vs PS3 situation, where the PS2 was still the better selling console for a short while after PS3 launch. Also looks like Sony is keeping their 10-year life span they planned for the PS3 in-tact.

Have you seen the line up? 2014 is the year of the PS3.

PS3 is the best console to have for next year. After that its the Wii U. Next-gen was rushed. It wont be worth it until another year in. Get used to seeing average exclusives and multi-plat games next year. The following year, it should turn around though.

I dont really think its due to a lack of stock, I think people like myself are tired of the Xbox and their lack of 1st party support (yes I said it, and its true) so they are getting a PS3. If it was'nt for 3rd Party games my Xbox would'nt have been turned on in 2 years.

Demand while at the same time the PS3 being an amazing product with some great games still to come to it! For me I am looking forward to all the JRPGs that are planned for the PS3 next year!
