Platinum Games creative director JP Kellams has revealed on Twitter that he is fed up with Microsoft and Sony gamers requesting that Bayonetta 2 be ported to the Xbox and the PlayStation. Kellams says that anything he posts on the Bayonetta 2 Facebook page turns into requests to port the Wii U exclusive to the Xbox and the PlayStation. Here’s what he had to say on Twitter.

“I hate posting anything Bayonetta 2 on our Facebook. Not because I hate Bayonetta 2, but because I hate the pedantic port-begging.”

“It’s been over a year since we announced. We heard you. We get it. We are just happy that we get to make Bayonetta 2 for the patient fans.”

Seriously, is it so hard to undestand that this game only exists because Nintendo is funding and publishing it ?

It was cancelled until early 2012, it would never see the light of day, if it wasn´t for that. Fans should be pleased.

Is it possible that there are so many morons among videogame fans that refuse to understand this simple fact ?

Are people still mad about that? Geez.

I don't get why the fanbase doesn't realize that this game wouldn't even exist without Nintendo. Yes it sucks to all the X360/PS3 Bayonetta fans that don't own the WiiU, but it's either this or nothing.

   This is  simply silly.

I was reading through some of the comments on the mynintendonews site for this and it's pretty funny. There are a LOT of people who still blindly believe this will be ported to PS4 and Xbone no matter what anyone says. Pretty sad really, but some people have a really hard time living with the fact that a game they want is exclusive to Wii U.

Does anyone actually care about it ?

About what? Bayonetta 2? Clearly some do, whether it's the same 10 or 12 people who bought the original that keep asking for the newest iteration that I can't say.

I'm sincerely glad it isn't coming to BoneStation I'd make the same mistake buying 2 as I did with 1.

Bayonetta 2 is a largely irrelevant game. A third party game only matters if it can move consoles an I doubt bayonetta 2 will do the job. It's not gonna be as bad as wonderful 101 but still. 

I don't blame them, the port begging is beyond pathetic at this point.
