Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Why hasn't anyone mentioned this?

I finished CoD Ghost on the hardest difficulty, finished Ryse on the hardest difficulty (you can play with your first playthrough) and won the champions league with Dortmund at Fifa.

Now I started playing Dead Rising 3 for a couple of hours and even after this short period of time I noticed how underrated it was. Somehow this is the feeling I had after playing all the game I mentioned earlier. If you like open world games and like zombie games, this one is a very cool game to own. I would recommend it to those who never played a Dead Rising game before - just like myself.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

One fucking great op.

This was the first game i purchased on my xbox one! I loved this game so much. At current I have killed over 40,000k Zombies and still really enjoying this game when i chuck it on to complete a random chapter.

I have found that the frame rates has dropped twice in the whole game, for a total time of about 4 seconds of drop.
I would highly recommend the game to anyone who loves zombie games as there is just SO SO MUCH content and stuff to find.

Took my about 10 hours to finish the game which i would say is good (considering I finished COD and BF 4 before this game)

I would say the graphics are definitely next gen but definitely not pushing anything.

I got a question. I never played a dead rising game before. is the game really on a timer? Do i have to rush through the game so

the bomb doesn't explode on me

The first two games were on a timer and technically this one is as well! However at the start of the game they ask you HOW you want to play? Do you want to run through the game, do you like to explore or do you just want to kill zombies.........Something like that, based on your answer the time will speed up or slow down according to YOU.

So yes there is a timer but NO it definitely does not required speed plays in this game and runs SUPER SUPER slow.

Oh man, what a game. It is almost reason enough to have a Xbox One. I agree with you, Dead Rising 3 IS a masterpiece.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

That doesn't make any sense.

There are two modes in Dead Rising 3 before starting a campaing: Story and Nightmare. If you play Story, you have no timer and you can save anywhere. If you choose Nightmare, you do have a timer and you can only save in the bathrooms.

You're from Brazil if I remember right... Did you end up getting an Xbox One? If yes, how much was it there?

Can't wait to play it big fan of the franchise. The game did have a couple of threads before it got released glad that you like it.

I love how further into the game you get! The more Zombies appear, it is actually amazing to see the progression before your eyes.

Does anyone know when the DLC will be releasing?

Yes, I paid 932 dollars for the brazilian Xbox One with 1 year warranty. As I said, half the PS4 price. I got Dead Rising 3 and Forza 5, and I plan to get B4 and AC4 too =D
