Those freaking Memory Cards have cost Sony more money than they know.  I have a 32 GB card and that thing has been full since last year.  I've had to delete PSP games, videos, and even avoid some free Sony content just to make room for the must have content.  It got to the point where I buy everything at retail.  I have an 8GB card that came with my system but it's never been used.  The reason was (though they finally patched it) if I took my 32GB card out of the Vita, all of my well arranged content would be placed in random order.  Just can't bring myself to buy another card.

I own a Vita, only my brother has a 3DS since he got it as a gift. So I'm currently borrowing that during my off days.

yeah its really weird, and then the PSN store has them cheaper again. Tearaway was like $32 on PSN vs $40 retail

I'm enjoying both of them. I've had the PS Vita for longer, so I have more games for it, but I'm hoping to buy some more 3DS games soon. I'm not going to give an overall score for both, but there are more exclusive games on the PS Vita that I prefer, as well as the PS3 multiplats and PS1 / PSP backwards compatible titles. The hardware, applications, online functions and multitasking capabilities are a huge bonus.

I'm going to have to send the 3DS back to Nintendo for a few days sadly, the right speaker is faulty. It sucks, because I've been playing my 3DS more than my Vita recently. I wanted to complete Pokemon before I sent it back but I can't stand it any longer.

why vita that low.it has better specs,more ports etc.

I got the 3DS when it was reduced from £219.99 to £169.99 and some of the launch titles were half price. That was before Nintendo did the official price drop so will have been around May/June 2011.

Really loved it apart from the cramp it frequently induced with prolonged use until I got my Vita.

I got the Vita about 2 weeks after launch. By far the best handheld system I've ever had.

I've recently picked up a 3DS XL Zelda LE console (yesterday to be precise). The screens are much nicer than the original 3DS though the low resolution is a lot more glaringly obvious. It's just so much more comfortable to use though (no cramp! :D). I do however think it's seriously overpriced for what you get. I mean its £60 more than a Vita with memory card and Tearaway/Little Big Planet (or 10 game bundle) and they don't even include a charger, but Nintendo games are worth it. The brief time I've had with the new Zelda just reminds me why I love video games. I'm now torn between that and Tearaway for my GOTY.

I'd give the original 3DS 60/100, 3DS XL 80/100 and Vita 95/100 as consoles.

3DS, like a month ago, the system is perfect the only thing i would change is the size of the face buttons, they are too small - 90/100

the resolution of my 3ds xl is fine for me, besides if its too expensive you can buy a 2ds at 99 i believe, it just doesnt have 3ds.

I think the price of the 3ds xl is good for the amount of fun it provides.


Damn you cant even play super hang on in 3d. Not to mention the hundreds of good Nintendo titles
