Are you going to make a topic like this for every big Wii U game?
No, it won't "save it" but it'll give it a nice boost that will help bring it from disasterous to mediocre in sales..

This is guaranteed a system seller along with Pikmin and Luigi U. Will Donkey Kong widen the gap between the Wii U and PS4? Will the Wii U keep its lead?? |
I don't agree that Nintendo thinks DKC TF will be their biggest game next year. I think they're using the timing of the VGX to their advantage and trying to heavily advertise the game ahead of it's early release in February. It's only eight or nine weeks away, after all. Clearly, Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros. are the big games of 2014, barring a surprise Zelda U (which is really unlikely to be out before 2015) or some other unannounced game that they've been holding back. DK usually does really well for them, I don't think this game will be any different.
No, but it's going to be good for momentum and it will help prevent the same kind of winter game drought that the Wii U had last year.
No dont think theres gonna be a single system mover this time. It will be the library that sells this system this time. Nintendos just gotta keep pumping out the games.

People probably said that about Nintendo before the Wii was released. Then came Wii Sports. So you can't say that man. Who knows what new franchises Nintendo might be working on.

Wii Sports didn't save Nintendo, the new way to play games and price saved them. Wii U doesn't have that.
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze will be an awesome game, but Nintendo really missed the opportunity to reveal The Legend of Zelda for the Nintendo Wii U at the VGX!!!
No single game will "save" the Wii U, but a good numer of them certainly will. Not to Wii levels, but enough to make it a sucess.
It's not doing anything NSMBU can't do, just on a smaller scale. So no, it's not going to save anything, and I doubt the hardware bump will be very big at all.
were the hell is the no option?? some poll's.........
