a tip from personal experience, ring up and tell them you bought the console at midnight launch, I did that when my wii broke and they gave me free repair, this was over a year after warranty had already run out

I find it odd that people can have such different experiences with the same company's customer service/tech support.
My brother only spent a few minutes on the phone to get his problem fixed for free.

I work at a IT Service Desk and some of my colleague's aren't that 'good'. Sometimes you have to be lucky.

In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.
