You forgot Smash! I agree great lineup but they need to deliver and on time. They also need to make bloody good commercials, not an excuse anymore!

I also expect 1-2 big announcements, no reason to back down they need to be a lot more aggressive, there's still time to salvage this.

Smash was deliberately omitted, I don't like the Smash Bros games. ;)

I'm happy with their main lineup.

Mario Kart 8, DKC: Tropical Freeze are more important to me than Zelda or Metroid, I was simply more of a fan of those franchises, the only franchises I like more are the 3D Marios.

I don't know why but I just didn't enjoy Smash Bros. Brawl that much. Maybe Namco helping to develop this time will help.

I expect better virtual console from Nintendo though. I want Final Fantasy VI (III) on the Western eShop. I want N64 games like Mario 64, Wave Race 64, F-Zero X, and Paper Mario please. I would like the Donkey Kong Country games and possibly Sim City (SNES) too (c'mon EA).

I wouldn't mind a Super Mario Galaxy 1/2 HD combo for later in the year.

I would like to see Nintendo announce a new IP, or maybe even the announcement of Miyamoto's mysterious new game! Also, a revival of one of their old franchises would be great! Most of all, bring back Metroid! I honestly think that 2014 will be a good year for Nintendo, due to the great lineup up games!

No but seriously, it is a shock to omit the most addictive Nintendo game evr made :P Guess everyone do have their own tastes O.o

I've learned to just wait for consoles, getting the at launch is all good and fun I guess but it doesn't really have that next gen feel until some note worthy games get released. Luckily we won't have to wait long though with Infamous for PS4 and Titanfall for X1. 

Edit: now that I look at my previous statement it doesn't really answer the question at hand lol.
