That's because Nintendo actually knows how to make a 3D platformer.

I'm not allowed to be excited, and to share an opinion? I've made a grand total of TWO threads about the game, one about how much I enjoyed it, another on a specific level's approach to another studio's decade-old conundrum. It's not like I'm spamming.

Cos both are platformers that move at high speed, but where with Sonic control and momentum were mutually exclusive, the Mario Kart level shows how we can have both.

Super Mario 3D World is a fantastic game & deserves the praise, honestly.
