Are you sure it's actually a One not a 360? I saw a TV spot on the charity thing though the chances must be one in a million.

No.  I haven't seen it.  And I'm not going to bring it up though I feel it must have really been a 4GB 360 or maybe the Church Layaway thing or a mistake.

damn if it is a mistake... Lucky bastard.... why those things never happen to me lol....

Well, we went to that particular Wal~Mart and asked them how much Xbox Ones were and how much they were selling them for on Black Friday and they said $499.99 and that they were presently sold out of X1s.

However, my mom's housekeeper was pretty adamant that she got the Xbox One for $100.00.

I haven't seen the system but I highly suspect that on her first day of working for my mom after Christmas that my mom's housekeeper will be stating that she's pretty mad at and going to have a big talk with Wal~Mart about selling her the wrong console ( which was actually the right console for the price she paid and the one she bought ).

She got a 360, not an x1. It is really the only scenario as the registers require scanning the serial number of the console before it can process the sale.

Impossible unless they want heavy losses. Kinect would probably sell for more than that knowing Microsoft

Xbox One, PS4 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

Prediction: Switch will sell better than Wii U Lifetime Sales by Jan 1st 2018

It was a 360... and does this tell us that the Xbox One has a marketing problem??? It is another stupid console name.

My 8th gen collection

Black Friday Walmart had X360's for $100.

This is clearly a mistake in identity as the consumer simply doesn't realize which is which or a walmart employee grabbed the wrong item because they didn't realize which is which.

I'm highly confident she asked for a Xbox and the clerk just grabbed a 360 and sold that to her via layaway. Clerk didn't take time to clarify which one and custmer simply isn't aware and thinks she's getting the newest one. When she finally picks it up, she'll either realize its not "One" or will give her kid a 360.

Redesigning the Xbox360 to look more like the Xbox1 probably didn't help either.

I've thought that could have been part of it.

The only way for MS to sell more than PS4 in one day is to sell its baby XBox One at 100$, no other way :)      it's their little victory.
