So Sony still havent announced what they have sold in EU and the PS4 launched 4 days ago.. They were super quick to announce after 24 hours what it did in NA.. do you think its underperformed?

Yeah with how vocal they usually are about numbers they're suspiciously quiet right now.

Since they seem to have had shortages, the answer might be that supply hasn´t met demand instead of the other way around. I don´t think they have sold equal numbers to NA, but they have probably sold quite a few units :).

It may be that they need something solid to announce. They can't just go an announce "shipped" numbers, especially since they'd made such a big deal of the equivalent "sold" numbers in the US.

In addition, it's probably much more difficult to gather data from a whole bunch of countries, instead of just one (US). It is not therefore yet obvious that they are not sold out. Unless until they have feedback from every (major) retailer in the whole of Europe.

Let's be patient. The numbers will surely come to the front, be them bif or small, disappointing or triumphing.

Well, it wasn´t til Sun after the NA launch that we got numbers, so I'm guessing that they wanted hard numbers, instead of basing it of their shipments. So, it's just going to take longer to get some EU numbers. We should have them in a day or so. Maybe even around the same time we get Black Friday numbers.

Tracking 30 different markets is alot harder than 2. I kind of expect to see them by the time i get up, so within 10 hours maybe? I'm getting impatient.
