Oh right, I messed up. Here's an updated top 5:

1 - The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (3DS)
2 - Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (PS4)
3 - Rayman Legends (Vita)
4 - Pokemon X/Y (3DS)
5 - Guacamelee (Vita)

Though I've not yet played The Last of Us or Mario 3D World, both are expected for Christmas. I don't think Last of Us will make it on my top 5 (I love Naughty Dog, but never truly bought into their games as best-ever candidates), and I love Mario, so that might push Guacamelee off the list.
