Forums - Movies & TV - Paul Walker(Fast and Furious) dead at 40 in a car crash.

I honestly never seen much of Paul Walker's stuff and I never even really seen the F&F movies since they never interested me but my condolences to his family for their loss.

Too soon brah

He went out fast in the most furious way.

CPU: Ryzen 7950X
GPU: MSI 4090 SUPRIM X 24G
Motherboard: MSI MEG X670E GODLIKE
RAM: CORSAIR DOMINATOR PLATINUM 32GB DDR5
SSD: Kingston FURY Renegade 4TB
Gaming Console: PLAYSTATION 5

Obviously it's to early to know the future of the fast film series and Paul is irreplaceable to the series, maybe Tyrese Gibson's character should become the main character of the films, that way Paul Walker's character will be always be tied into the films :(

I'm late to post on this one but very sad news. Also they really should stop making cars that have their fuel tanks in the front the most violent crashed always occur in front collisions so the chance of the fuel tank catching on fire and exploding is very high.

Ryan duns (from jack ass) porch did the same thing. I believe the fule tank is in the front of the car. Being that it mid engine real wheel drive and the gas cap is in the front fender.

It is.

All mid-engine Porches have had the fuel tank in the front, in front of the firewall.

There really is a benefit to having a huge chunk of iron or aluminum between you and whatever is ahead of you.  Not to mention the silliness/stupidity of a gas tank in front, which could leak, and a hot engine and exhaust in back that can run over the leaking fuel.

The first one was the only good one.  And I think Tokyo Drift is universally panned.

As I pointed out, fuel tank leaks, hot engine/exhaust runs over leaked fuel.  Not too bright of a design.

The only benefit a mid-engine design has is that it puts the engine over the rear wheels ensuring as much weight is over the wheels when accellerating so the car obtains the best amount of traction when the pedal is pressed.

I'd love to see an Insurance Institute of Highway Safety crash test of high-end sports cars.  I think too many people believe when you buy a high-priced car you automatically get the best of everything, when in reality they only have to be safe enough to pass a few basic tests.

I know that speed was a major factor in the accident but since it happened in a residential area I doubt that they where going anywhere near the top speed of the car. Looks like the Porsche Carrera GT isn't much safer then the infamous unsafe at any speed Chevrolet Covair.
