I actually expect the Xbone to be leading in North America for most of this gen. Americans just seem to like Xbox more than PlayStation, whereas Europe tends to be much more PlayStation oriented.

I can't tell yet. I've seen more people in line waiting for PS4 than xbox at stores. On my facebook I know like 10 people who have the Xbox Ones and one with a ps4. Nobody I know has a Wii U.

I know very few people who have current gens as far as I know.

I'd say about 2 people have Wii u, 1 has an Xbone and like 3 have a PS4.

What country you in? US?

Nope, in the UK. Scotland to be precise.

Apple master race

Whatever console (between PS4 and X1) outselling the other means absolutely nothing right now...

Both of these consoles' sales are based on how fast they can manufacture and get them to retail...

So far, it looks like both consoles are having the same struggle. They can't produce enough, quick enough!

Ah gotcha. I assume it's similar audience there as in US. I think once the price cut for the Xbox One hits it'll sell on par with PS4

Because outside of this site and a few other on-line communities many people actually want an Xbox. At least in most English speaking areas.

Black Friday is a USA shopping day. And I would best the average consumer there doesn't know about the new Xbox, but they would choose an Xbox anyway. It's far more popular and chosen by more communities than the PlayStation.

PlayStation USA has their fans, but I think most of them already got them.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

Surprisingly, the UK is pretty much Sony territory. Back in the 90s we had PS1s and Tekken in nightclubs. Even when the PS3 was a glorified BluRay player people still bought shit loads of them.

I wonder if the 3ds xl sales count with the regular 3DS and 2DS :0

If not those are some crazy sales!

Just 3DS XL

EDIT: Oh I see what you mean, yeah they look bundled all together

No i think its seperate, if you look at the apple ipad which are the top 3 you see they are all separated. Looks like 3DSXL did a great job considering that $150 price point, too bad 3ds+2ds didn't make the top list though. Walmart had 2DS for $99! o.O

360 was popular there too. maybe because it was a cheap alternative to ps3 and word of mouth kept sales strong for 360.

It would just confirm that we are surrounded by mouth breathing dude bros over here in the US. They aren't gamers, just UFC/NFL/COD players that think their testicles will fall off if they are caught by their friends playing anything that looks "kiddy" like a Mario or Zelda game.
