I wonder why Amazon and Best Buy aren´t reciven any Xboxes yet.

So, correct if I´m wrong, but today is Friday, Eearly morning not? Did the Microsoft Store was openned yesterday? Or do you expected they sold-out in the first seconds of the day?

And, since when having a product in stocks is a bad thing?

I think I need to put it in bold letters that I presumed the Xbone was sold out but was proven wrong tonight. Sony is going to be first come first served for a while for ever can get it at any store with a backorder.

Does Sony has a "Sony Store" with Apple Like guys and tons of PS4s to make opportunity sells?

I realy don´t get what you are trying here. XOne appers to be sold out online but with a health supply at physical retailers. It´s doing realy ok everywhere.

Again, what is wrong with a Microsoft Store having XOnes to show and give a opportunity to buyers with a little extra monney?

I've been up long enough and you seem very protective of the Xbone. I was just stating an observation. I've had to reiterate myself more than once for the same questions. Please read my responses to others.

Thanks.

I was waiting in line for a TV at a walmart in small town Iowa and on either side of me were the lines for the PS4 and the Xbox One. There were 20 PS4s and 48 Ones. When the lines opened up the PS4 was gone in roughly a minute, with about a dozen more people in the line that went away empty handed. When I looked over at the One I expected a similar thing, but there was still about 15 Ones remaining. For the remaining 2 hours I waited in my line there was only 5 additional people that picked up the One...and they ALL put them back. Meanwhile, there was several people who came by still asking for the PS4. The clerk was literally begging people that came by to please buy and Xbox One (I'm assuming she just wanted to leave the area) but as far as I can tell it never happened. Those Ones may still be at the Walmart. I, the girl, the people in line with me, and some supervisors all couldn't believe that they didn't sell out. I'm still a little surprised.

And that's my black friday video game anecdote. Take it as you please.

Well, well well, I remember people talking about the "terrible yields" and how Microsoft wouldn´t be able to ship enough consoles this hollydays. A rushed system with slugged OS and bugged Online.

Sudenlly those people that advocated the failure of Microsoft production forget about that issue and start threads after threads talking how XBox One is still in stocks.

Funny, very funny.

And please, if you quote me, answer my question.

1- What are you tying with this thread?

2- Do you have a similar basis of comparison with a Sony Store in your mall?

3- Do you think it´s a good don´t have any stocks of a product 4 weeks before Christmass?

4- Do you have any more sample data from other sources?

Well, analists that predicted the XOne to have a higher stock in the USA were right.

Yes they were. More than double the amount of consoles in one walmart in a small town. It's shocking, to me at least. Sony really needs to get more PS4s out there.

So I was walking around with a friend for Black Friday and came across a Microsoft store with Microsoft propaganda all over the place. There were two girls working for the store dancing awkwardly to Just Dance. Eventually my friend and I were greeted by an 'Apple-like' customer service attendant who wanted us to try out the Xbox One. They are really trying to get them out of the stores. I saw more 360's going off of the shelves at my mall to tell you the truth. People want the door buster deals. Maybe next year...maybe next year. After I left the Microsoft store, they had a Microsoft booth halfway down the mall filled with Xbones and the 360 was still outselling it. I felt bad because the Xbox is a good piece of hardware with a great launch lineup.

Why did you feel bad?

I dont see this as a negative at all.

Would it be bad if the PS3 outsold the PS4 this year or would it be "AWESOME SALES!!"

Was it bad when the PS2 outsold the PS3 at launch?

Its very early days, people need to stop overlaying the first few days of a launch on the entire gen.

Patience.

This is a very positive outlook. I like you.

I read this thread and i'm somehow reminded of an old joke about a guy on a job interview.

They tell him: "We can't pay you a lot at first, but you get more later"

And he answers: "Ok, i come back later"

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

it's great news... means they are able to maintain stock, cause I have been scouting http://www.zoolert.com/videoconsoles/xbox-one-console/trackers/ and stock is up every day and gone every day regardless of the bundle even the 1000 bucks one.... so it means at least to things.... stock is coming in and going out fast online.... pretty sure it is the same in store....
regardless it is better to have something on shelves than none

to me it looks like MS handle their launch better and distribution even better than Sony...

360's were selling great everywhere I went. But it was only $99 and ~$199, not $499. Personally, I thought that was pretty amazing for such an old console.

Given the 1 million sales in 24 hours, I'd say the X1 is doing fine. And its clear MS put a massive amount of inventory on the  market.
