Is it really that good? Seriously question. I see my friends list has been lit up with people playing it. Quite a few people I know have been singing it's praises. However it's been a while since I've truly enjoyed a Mario game.

To me, it is. I was always a Mario fan. Recently, it's gone like this for me. All joking aside.
-Mario Galaxy blew me away with its awesomeness and creativity.
-New Super Mario Bros. on DS was awesome and filled a nostalgia gap in my soul.
-Mario Galaxy 2 felt like a rehash but it was still fun.
-New Super Mario Bros. Wii let me down.
-New Super Mario Bros. 2 was decent but still a disappointment.
-New Super Mario Bros. U was a disappointment.
-Super Mario 3D Land was great but could have used a little more polish.
-Super Mario 3D World is fantastic. I can't say enough good things about it.
If you've ever been a fan of Mario games, this is the one to play. If you aren't, it probably won't change your mind. For me, its the best experience I've had this year. It's the Mario game I've been waiting for and the Wii U game that Wii U owners have been dying for.
