They look the same..... because they are Both 1080p 60FPS.
And on a shitty IGN player, lets leave the Analysis to the big boys (Digital foundry) and not to some people who can't see any discernable difference between 720p and 1080p.

The PS4 version seemed to have slightly better AA in a few of the screenshots, but in motion they look pretty much identical.
