Very excited, although a little bit less excited then before the micro transactions were announced.
My ps4 is going to take a long break when I get my hands on GT6. Except for playing Knack with the kids and Super Mario 3D world ofcourse.

I should start cleaning up my ps3, only 5gb left.
@Ethomaz, are the GT5 dlc tracks included in GT6? Can I safely delete the 12GB data folder from GT5 without losing Spa Franchorchamps etc?

All GT5 tracks (DLC included) are present in GT6... SPA, Route X, etc.

What microtransactions are gonna be included in GT6? Are they crazy?



Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

No, it'll sell well.


It's up to 200k pre-orders with 70k last week alone, with another week to go, ONLY IN THE US. GT6 is going to be huge. Just not GT5 huge.

No. Next gen has killed my hype for current gen stuff. I'll just play next gen Forza 5 until next gen GT arrives.

If you consider next-gen to be a game with half the features from the last one in the series. Oh... what people do for a little more shiny...

Personally i will keep an eye out for GT6. I surprisingly enjoyed the demo GT academy. I'm not in the mood to buy more games this year though. Already got a huge backcatalog and Skyrim is ravaging my free time.

Apparently they plan on putting up credit packs in 500k 1, 2.5 and 7 mil denominations.

It's probably going to be half assed to make a quick buck from clueless people. With 500k for a full engine overhaul, several 20 million credit cars, and level requirement before you can purchase cars it seems rather pointless to buy credits. Plus there are so many easy ways to make credits in GT5, you would need to be really impatient to fall for that scheme.
Still I rather have it would not be there. It feels like they're trying out the waters to see who will bite. If it's even a moderate success GT7's career mode could be overhauled in favor of micro transactions :/ I hope nobody uses them.

Awesome! A fresh install will be nice to have. Counting the data size of my GT5 folder takes forever.
