Snowy Valak Mountain from Xenoblade is a great choice, but Sky Tower from Pokemon MD is also an amazing song. Also, I'm a huge fan of Mute City from F-Zero, especially the brawl version, since I'm a guitarist.

Pretty much anything from Wind Waker.

Kid Icarus Uprising honestly has some of the best music in a Nintendo game. Listen to that stuff some time.

I love all Metroid music as well

It's pretty much all good.

Fire Emblem Awakening, Earthbound/Mother 3, both galaxy games come to mind. The one that I remember most is....

Zelda's Lullaby from Skyward Sword. Absolutely lovely
