That IS weird, when people import from america to, let´s say, Brazil, the sale still counts as America, right?

Those maybe US Territories or other country/nations that have commonwealth with either. I, myself, live in Puerto Rico out in the Caribbean and PS4 was quite a seller. We're US citizens but we're not a state, you could say a colony. So, maybe that's us. There's about 3 million people here, so I guess that's about the right numbers.
