Actually, in the last 2 spurs wins it was Duncan who dominated for them - as I said the spurs have no shot if they rely too much on Parker/Gino. Parker didn't even played most of the last game and they didn't missed him a bit.

I love the spurs, they are my favorite team. I'm just pissed that the management make of guys like Boris Diaw and Matt Bonner their big free agent signings instead of going for more capable players.

As for this series.. the heat have more talent, but I won't bet against my team. Spurs in 7

Duncan will have to be the best player for them tho once again. Parker is just an overrated scrub that can only play well against terrible defenses and/or meaningless games.

I think you can expect the best power forward in history to dominate any given game. Still, Diaw was the top scorer and Many played great in the last game when Parker went down.

I don't know if they can afford someone better. Obviously, it would be great if they managed to get a guy like Love, but I'm affraid it will be harder and harder for them to attract someone like that with Timmy so close to retirement. I think you are right that they should start hunting big names now, but only because they will need them in the (near) future. Their team is awesome the way it is, pity it won't last much longer.

As I've said, I don't think Parker is overrated. Quite the opposite - he is underrated. The guys is money, he proved it in the club and in the national team. And he banged Eva Longoria...

I can't believe Lebron quit on his team in the finals due to leg cramps. Patrice Bergeron played a game in the Stanley Cup finas last year with a punctured lung, broken ribs, and a seperated shoulder. Yet Lebron is carried off of the court with leg cramps. I'm not going into work tonight because I have a charlie horse...

He tried to play again but the coach wouldn't let him. One game isn't worth risking a prolonged injury.

My spurs draw the first blood. Three more to go and it will be it.

Duncan our hero once again! (and Danny green in the 4th, even tho he was terrible most of the game)

Be that as it may I could have hopped off on one leg with the cramp that he was having.  He acted like he was hit by sniper fire.

Not sure how you know what type of cramp he was having, but it's pointless anyway since it doesn't matter how he left the court.

I am by no means a LeBron fan but the hate (or at least, the joking) about him sitting out due to a leg cramp is just terrible. Has nobody ever had a serious leg cramp before? Your muscle is involuntarily spasming. Your leg literally doesn't work when that happens. You can't move, and it's something you have to just ride out because strenuous activity on it will just aggravate it more. Scratch that, you wouldn't even be able to do strenuous activity because you'd be immobilized.

So all the crap about "LeBron quit because of a cramp, but: Jordan scored 38 with the flu; the guy died on the hockey bench but still wanted to play; Kobe stood up with an achilles tear; etc".....all nonsense. And btw:
